• The furnishings and equipment of the apartment are exclusive. It consists of a large living room with TV and integrated kitchenette, 2 bedrooms (160×200 bed and 90×200 bed) and the rooms are high, with wooden beamed ceilings. There is also an additional possibility to sleep on the sofa bed in the living room.

• The living room and the large bedroom each have their own terrace and on the terrace of the living room there is a table with four chairs.

• The kitchen contains enough crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils for 4 people, coffee machine, toaster, espresso pot as well as kettle etc.

• The living area is about 79 sqm and can accommodate 4 people.

• The imposing pool of the ancient main house Mulino Rotone (about 400 m /440yards away) can be used at certain times.

• The minimum rental period is one week and it is rented only per weekly unit.

• The deposit is payable on arrival.
